User – an individual who is an adult and is at least 18 years of age

Consumer - person who concludes an agreement with the Seller on the Portal, the subject of which is not directly related to his/her business or professional activity.

Seller – a person conducting business under the name EA.EuphoriA, registered in CEIDG (Poland) maintained by the Minister responsible for the economy, NIP: 7361628491, REGON: 526906963.

§ 6.Withdrawal from the contract

A user who is a Consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code has the right to withdraw from a contract, concluded remotely, for the provision of services of the Website, without giving reasons, within 14 days from the date of its conclusion. The right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance does not apply to the Consumer with respect to contracts for the supply of digital content, which are not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the express consent of the Consumer before the expiration of the deadline to withdraw from the contract and after the Portal has informed him/her of the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract (Art. 38 pt. 13 of the Consumer Rights Act, Journal of Laws of June 24, 2014, item 827).

Deletion by the Portal, at the request of the User, of the data provided in the registration form is equivalent to the deletion of the account of that User and causes that further provision of services by the Owner becomes technically impossible.
